How to change a diaper

Prepare warm water, clean dry towels, disinfected toilet paper and clean diapers, etc.

Open the new diaper and place it under the baby's bottom. Uncover the waist stickers on both sides, and stick them firmly at the proper elastic position. That is to maintain a better leak-proof effect, but not too tight.

Untie the old diapers, hold the baby's two ankles with the thumb and middle finger, place the index finger in the middle of the ankles, gently pick up the legs and buttocks, and remove the old diapers.

Rinse the baby's buttocks with clean warm boiled water. If one person cannot wash it, put the water in a basin and wash it with your hands. It can also be gently scrubbed with ready-made disinfectant wet wipes. Pay attention to clean the skin folds. Finally, dry the skin with a dry towel.

Ways to use diapers

When using a rectangular diaper, put a piece of folded pad on the buttocks, cover the anus and genitals over the abdomen, wrap the cloth belts at the two corners of the diaper on the buttocks around the waist, make a knot on the diaper on the abdomen, and then put the cloth belt on the top The diaper is folded down and stuffed towards the anus, so as to prevent the wet urine from being sucked onto the underwear. At the same time, it can absorb more urine and reduce dirt and entrapment. Some rectangular diapers do not have cloth belts on the two corners, and an elastic belt can be wrapped around the lower abdomen of the newborn to hold the diaper, but not too tight, so as not to damage the skin.
